Important Information

In support of municipal tourism, we have a voluntary, non-mandatory contribution of R$ 4.50 per night, not included in the total amount of your reservation. Guest expenses will be charged to a tab for 7 days or until it reaches BRL 2.000, after which point the total tab amount must be cleared. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent´s ID. Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests travelling with pets are required to present a valid vaccination document of the animal upon check in. Please contact the property for further details. When booking more than 4 rooms, a prepayment will be requested. In case the prepayment is not performed within the deadline, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservations.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
