In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. A damage deposit of BRL 400 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. After booking, the property will contact you to provide the instructions for the payment guarantee. Parking is available and a reservation is needed as there are limited spaces. There is a barbecue area and meeting facilities available to guests upon reservation and an extra fee. Parties are not accepted on the property and guests are requested to not make noise after 22:00. Guests cannot invite other people to the property. On arrival, guests must sign and agree to the terms and rules set by the property. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents. In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarised authorisation signed by the absent parent, along with a notarised copy of that parent's ID.
