For advanced purchase rate reservations, a payment link will be sent by the hotel team directly within 72 hours of making your booking. The booking is subject to cancellation if the payment is not received. On arrival a debit or credit card will be authorised at check-in for the total amount of your stay, plus GBP 50.00 per person, per night to cover incidentals. The Duke’s bar is open Monday to Saturday from 15:00- 22:00 with last orders at 22:15. The cognac garden is run as part of the Dukes bar after 19:30 Please note, for DUKES Bar we have a walk-in policy for all guests and during peak periods there may be a waiting period. The dress code for DUKES Bar is smart casual. Sportswear, shorts and t-shirts are not permitted with the exception of short-sleeved collared shirts (polo shirts). When booking 5 rooms or more are cased as a group booking, different policies and additional supplements may apply. The hotel reserves the right to decline reservations which are not in line with this policy. All baby cot and extra beds are subject to availability in the applicable room types.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
