DIRECTIONS - Please note that the postcode given does not work correctly with all satellite navigation systems therefore please use “Days Inn by Wyndham Southampton Rownhams” when inputting in google maps for example and not the postcode. The hotel is situated on the M27 South side (Westbound), between Junctions 3 and 4. When driving from the M27 Eastbound (North side), continue past the services to Junction 5 a little way along and come back up the motorway on the South side to reach the Hotel and Rownhams southbound. There is an underground walkway between Rownhams North and South, should you for whatever reason like to park on the other side of the Motorway. ARRIVAL TIME - We would be grateful if you could inform us of your expected arrival time in advance, should you have the opportunity. CHECK-IN - Guests may be required to show a valid photo ID at check-in. NO CASH HOTEL – Please note, Days Inn by Wyndham Southampton is a no-cash Hotel and we do not accept payment for accommodation, goods or services in cash. REQUESTS - Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. AGE RESTRICTIONS - Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. SECURITY HOLD - Please note that at check-in a token returnable security hold of £0.01 on a valid debit or credit card will be taken before the Hotel can issue a room key This is to cover any repairs or works required to bring the room back to service following any of the following – LOST KEY or KEY NOT RETURNED AT CHECK OUT – If you lose a key or forget to return it to us before you leave, for security purposes we will have to place the room out of order and replace the lock immediately. This will incur the appropriate charge to your card. DAMAGE TO THE HOTEL OR COLLATERAL – If there is any damage to the rooms, public areas, fixtures and fittings, equipment or printed collateral, then we will need to repair the damage or replace the items where necessary. SMOKING IN THE HOTEL IS PROHIBITED – it is against the law to smoke anywhere in the building or to tamper with any fire detection/prevention hardware. This includes all of the public areas and all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. There are a number of heat/smoke detectors in the Hotel which, when triggered, may set off the fire alarms and necessitate an evacuation. Aside from being illegal, smoking in a room, even out of the window, will require the room to be paced out of order for de-fumigation. This will incur the appropriate charge to your card. LONG STAY GUESTS – please note that if you are staying more than one night and wish your room to be serviced, kindly place the “Ventured Out, make up my room” notice on the outside of your door prior to 11:00am, otherwise Housekeeping will not enter your room. For fresh towels leave used ones on the floor and for fresh bed linen place the “help make every day brighter” card on the end of your bed. LONG-STAY BOOKING POLICY - Please note that any bookings made for more than 5 nights require prepayment to be made within 48 hours of making the booking and are non-refundable. If prepayment is not made within the 48 hour time period the Hotel may cancel your reservation and will notify you through the booking.com messaging system.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
