Please notice whenever a reservation is made for: • 8 or more rooms per night, • 16 or more people per night, • booking value from € 4,000 this is considered a group reservation. When making a group reservation, the accommodation will contact the guests and state a different cancellation policy or cancel the reservation. In case the booker does not agree with this terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation. All reservations over 14 nights have a different cancellation policy. The accommodation will reach out to inform on this policy. In case the booker does not agree with these terms, Cityden is allowed to cancel the reservation. Once a week guests receive a full cleaning of the Studio or Apartment. This includes cleaning of the bathroom, kitchen and linen change. Additional towels can be taken free of charge from the communal laundry rooms situated on each floor of the Aparthotel. All individual guests are required to show a photo identification upon check-in. The credit card used to make the reservation needs to be presented upon check-in. If this is not possible, please contact the hotel directly. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. For more information, please contact the property.
