This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the reception is open from 09:00 until 21:00 daily. After check-in hours, reception will no longer be available. Some rooms are located in basement. When booking three or more rooms, the booking is non-refundable and requires full payment in advance. For the lost key between 9PM to 9AM (when reception is closed) Guest will pay £100 call out fee. Pleasse note that the property does not accept contactless payments. A valid Photo ID (a driving license or passport) is required at the time of check-in to be scanned by the property and must match the card used at the time of booking.
