Guests will receive instructions after a reservation is confirmed. Late check-in between 20:00 and 08:00 carries a EUR 25 surcharge, to be paid upon arrival. Guests are requested not to leave the air conditioning or heating on when leaving the house. Nevertheless there is a timer installed to turn off automatically just in case guests forget.
