The Baan Khunying Villa ’s new exciting with newly renovated, we will re-open on 29th December 2022 with an incredible view of the sea and the islands and 2 accessible secluded beaches in front and next to the Villa. The hotel requires prepayment via bank transfer. Guests will receive a direct email from the hotel within 48 hours of booking with instruction. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 48 hours once email is received. === Our best available prices are based on occupancy level which can be accommodated for 9 people maximum. The NUMBER of BEDROOMS will be arranged according to the NUMBER of Guests in your reservation. The details are as follows:- - Bookings made for 1 - 2 persons will have access to 1 bedroom of the villa .- Bookings made for 3 - 4 persons will have access to 2 bedrooms of the villa. - Bookings made for 5 - 6 persons will have access to 3 bedrooms of the villa. >>If you have a group of 3 guests who prefer to stay in separate bedrooms, please make a booking for rate of 5-6 persons ONLY. >>If you have a group of 2 guests who prefer to stay in separate bedrooms, please make a booking for rate of 3-4 persons ONLY. So number of bedrooms will be arranged according to the number of guests in your booking. Although you have not booked and paid for every room in the villa, rest assured, we will keep the room closed and will not allow any other party to book the empty room. Our guests will be able to enjoy being the only ones in the villa and will not have to share the holidays with any unknown party. If any friends or family wish to join later, the room charge is THB 3000 per night for 1-2 persons. Only with our guest’s request as being the same party. === Please be informed that unregistered guests cannot be accommodated in this villa.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
