Bistro 1871 is open from 11:00 until 14:00 and 18:30 until 21:00 daily. Access to the Garden Spa is not included in the room rate. Please note that there is a smart casual dress code when fine dining at the hotels 2 AA Rosette Restaurant. Shorts, trainers or men's sandals are not permitted. Alternatively, the Bistro 1871 offers a much more relaxed and informal style of dining. Please note that our Lounge will be closed for refurbishment from 18th January to 4th February. All other public areas will be available as usual
