Keys should be collected from the offices of Chelet Alquileres, located beside the the Apartamentos Acuario building. The address will appear on your booking confirmation. Check-in is from 14:00 to 20:00, Monday to Friday. From June to September check-in is also available on Saturdays from 14:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception hours, please let Apartamentos Acuario know in advance. You can do this using the Special Requests box when booking, or contacting the hotel. Check-out should be done before 10:30 in the offices. Bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days. Please note any damages to the apartments will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time.
