We use a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that legal neighbourhood noise levels are respected. - Best-in-class guidelines are followed: our systems do not record actual sounds or conversations, simply monitor the noise level measured in decibels, being 100% privacy compliant without any electronic video surveillance monitoring the interior of the property. - The cost of cleaning includes the general cleaning of the flat and the change of sheets and towels. - The flat must be left tidy, without any food or rubbish remains. Failure to comply to this rule may involve spotless costs. - Travel crib is offered upon request and availability with a fee of €20 per stay. - Check-in time starts at 6pm until midnight. We may offer free early check-in if we don't have a check-out on your day of arrival. Check-in from 10pm until midnight might have an extra charge of €35. - Late check-out until 3pm may be possible if there isn't another check-in on the day of your departure, with a €45 cost. - A minimum age of 25 years old is required to check in.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
