Room cleaning is not included Please note that Check-in is from 15:00hrs, in case you want to enter earlier the cost of the early check-in service is 30 euros, always subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel reception. Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel grounds. Failure to comply with this rule will lead to eviction from the apartment and, if necessary, €50 will be charged as extra cleaning and disturbance costs for the next tenant. Reservations of more than 15 people are considered group reservations. In these cases, the hotel will contact the guests to inform them of the special conditions of the reservation. Failure to comply with these conditions will result in the cancellation of the reservation. Timetable Spa Spa hours: From Monday to Wednesday from 16.30h to 21.00h Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 9.30h to 13.30 and from 16.30h to 21.00h Saturdays from 09.30h to 13.30h and from 16.30h to 21.30h Children's Spa Circuit Shifts (From 4 years old, accompanied by an adult, sauna and therma out of service): Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 16:30h Thursday, Friday and Sunday from 09.30h to 16.30h Saturdays from 09.30h to 13.30h and from 16.30h to 21.30h The spa rate only includes one 60-minute spa session per person per stay. The spa is not included in the reservation unless specified in the rate or contracted apartment. It is mandatory to use a swimming suit, swimming cap and slippers. Takeaway food on request and availability from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. during Gastroespacio opening hours.
