Important Information

Please note that all guests staying and visiting guest at the hotel must present a valid original passport, Emirates ID (for UAE residents) or original National ID card from GCC countries upon check-in. Please note that all couples must present a marriage certificate upon check-in. Please note that early check in is subject to availability of the room, the hotel can offer free check in after 11:00 HRS, additional charges apply before 11 HRS. Please note that all non-guaranteed reservation will be cancelled by 18:00 HRS. Please note that hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking without any notice if the guests credit card cannot be pre-authorized/pre blocked. The credit card used to make the booking is required to present upon arrival. In the event of early departure, the amount will subsequently be refunded on the Debit / Credit Card used for payment within 14 working days. For refundable bookings, pre-authorization for the first night will be done 2 weeks prior to arrival. For non-refundable bookings, credit card/debit card will be charged for the amount of the entire stay at the time when booking is made and will not be refunded. The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.
