A damage deposit of AED 350 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Zain International Hotel does not accept bookings from non-married couples or from couples who hold different nationalities. All couples must present a valid marriage certificate upon check-in. A valid Emirates ID or labour card is required during check-in. For Third party reservations upon check-in, guests are required to present the credit card that was used to make the reservation upon check-in. If you are not the owner of the credit card , please contact the hotel in advance to request a third party credit card authorization form.
