Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of AED 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property accept all major credit cards. The credit card must be in the name of one of the passengers travelling and the same card must be carried for verification upon check-in at the resort. Alternatively, if the passenger travelling is not the cardholder, or if for any reason, the credit card used for the booking cannot be produced at check in, the passenger may pay in cash or with alternate credit card, failing which the resort has the rights to cancel or reject the booking.
