You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Request box during booking. In case guests have lost their keys to the apartment, charges of EUR 50 will incur. Please note that guest are required to wash their dishes before departure. Otherwise, charges are applicable. Please note that cleaning services (including change of bed linens) are provided free of charge once per week. Upon request, cleaning services can be provided more frequently against an additional charge.
